This role involves regular visits to operations within our Central Region (AR, TX, TN). It is primarily a field-based position with minimal office hours.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES BASE SALARY PLUS INCENTIVE BONUS - COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

The Regional Operations Manager is tasked with ensuring the safe and efficient execution of available projects in designated territories, serving as the vital link between headquarters and local stakeholders. This role is pivotal in keeping operational areas aligned with company policies while focusing on enhancing sales and fostering productive customer relationships. The ideal candidate will supervise daily operations and enforce company policies and guidelines.

Occasionally, the Regional Operations Manager may need to engage directly with crew members for training and support, necessitating a willingness to participate in manual labor activities.

Travel Requirement: 50% plus travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Operations Teams, including scheduling, billing, jobsite quality, safety/compliance, fleet, and equipment maintenance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new operations managers.
  • Assist managers in achieving and maintaining their objectives.
  • Establish district objectives that align with regional and corporate goals.
  • Analyze sales and profit & loss statements.

Core Duties:

  • Act as a liaison between headquarters and assigned areas through regular visits and management interactions.
  • Ensure operational practices are efficient, meeting projected revenues and sales targets.
  • Coordinate activities, report findings, and make recommendations to senior management to enhance market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Guarantee that each area delivers exceptional value and service to clients.
  • Develop and nurture a dedicated team of area managers to maintain profit margins and implement business strategies.
  • Ensure all projects are executed profitably and adhere to standardized best practices.
  • Utilize innovative approaches to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or MBA in Business Administration.

  • Power BI knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in Transportation Planning and Fleet Management/Maintenance is required.
