Position Overview

As a vital member of our retail team, you will provide outstanding customer service during sales transactions and assist with various customer service tasks, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency. Your role will focus on delivering quick service while enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly, offering assistance with their product inquiries and service needs, while managing the cash register, scanning items, bagging purchases, and processing payments accurately.
  • Execute point of sale and customer service protocols in alignment with company standards, ensuring friendly, prompt, and efficient service.
  • Achieve or surpass personal performance targets, including those related to credit and loyalty programs.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy by diligently completing all necessary point of sale and merchandise handling procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing best practices, proper procedures, and available resources while upholding company standards.
  • Engage in daily operational tasks, including cash balancing, change orders, and restocking supplies.

  • Understand and respond proactively to guidance from supervisors and other personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • No prior retail experience is necessary.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a client-facing retail or service environment.

Compensation: $24.90 per hour
