About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our membership and retail products, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and Sell Amazing Lash Studio Membership and Retail Products: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively promote and sell them to guests.
  • Assist Studio Manager with Retaining Current Members: Work closely with the Studio Manager to develop and implement strategies to retain current members and increase customer loyalty.
  • Create a Friendly Environment for Guests: Consistently provide a welcoming and friendly environment for guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Answer Phone Calls, Book Appointments, and Greet Guests: Answer phone calls, book appointments, and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare Guest Records for Treatments: Prepare guest records for treatments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in Special Events: Participate in special events to promote the studio and increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain Cleaning, Organizing, and Maintenance of Lobby and Studio Public Areas: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas.
Requirements
  • Customer Service-Oriented: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns.
  • Results-Oriented, Metrics-Driven: Meet or exceed sales and customer service metrics, demonstrating a results-oriented and metrics-driven approach.
  • Sales Experience Preferred: Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including data entry and software proficiency.
  • Ability to Multitask: Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Outgoing, Positive, Cheerful, Engaging, Energetic, and Resourceful: Possess a positive and energetic attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Excellent Organizer and Problem Solver: Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Days and Hours: Demonstrate the ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
