Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, showing empathy, and proactively addressing any service challenges.
  • Engage customers with a friendly greeting, maintain eye contact, and assist them in locating products as needed.
  • Accurately perform cashier responsibilities, managing cash, checks, and credit card transactions while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory tasks as directed.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Provide assistance across all departments, ensuring they are well-stocked and operational, while staying informed about updated services.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff when necessary, including taking on regular shifts to foster career growth.
  • Promote and support new CVS services and loyalty programs that align with our commitment to improving health.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, and up to 10 lbs frequently.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small details.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.
