Job Title: Director - Strategic Finance

Join FIS Global, a leading fintech company, as a Director - Strategic Finance. This role is part of the Revenue Operations team and plays a crucial part in providing timely, relevant, and accurate analysis of financial and operating performance to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed models and forecasts, including P&L, portfolio analytics, and ROI analyses
  • Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to maintain and improve data integrity across systems to ensure accuracy of actuals and forecasts
  • Drive adhoc strategic projects to support business goals and initiatives
  • Establish strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • Assist on strategic projects as needed, including CEO materials and long-term planning
Requirements:
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and ownership mentality who proactively drives results
  • Ability to navigate through change, ambiguity, and complexities
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal clients
  • Ability to be comfortable interacting with executive-level internal clients
  • Ability to analyze business needs and determine related financial and reporting support necessary
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and problem areas
  • Ability to effectively manage and delegate projects to qualified subordinates as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services or technology companies highly desirable
  • Experience leading in fast-paced innovative finance organizations
  • Knowledge of FIS' products and services
  • Knowledge of financial services industry or FinTechs
  • Knowledge and experience with receivables, payables, or financial intelligence (KYC, etc) businesses
  • PowerBi experience beyond view-only user - build and advanced skills

The pay range for this full-time position is $197,332,140.00, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
