We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director, FP&A and Strategic Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance, inform strategic initiatives, and assess various business scenarios.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process across departments and develop rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze financial and operational results, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights from key performance metrics that help identify risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term financial planning, investment strategies, and corporate development efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and board members, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication of performance metrics.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analyses, including pricing strategies, new product launches, and market expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in an FP&A or a strategic finance role in retail, hospitality, or services, preferably including 1-2 years of experience in investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience building complex, dynamic models from scratch.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex financial data in a clear manner.
