Associate Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Your expertise will inform strategic and operational decisions that drive the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance and guide strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the budgeting process across departments and develop rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial and operational results, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights from key performance metrics that help identify risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to long-term financial planning, investment strategies, and corporate development efforts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in an FP&A or a strategic finance role in retail, hospitality, or services, preferably including 1-2 years of experience in investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience building complex, dynamic models from scratch.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
