A well-established and rapidly growing global retailer is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to collaborate with the senior leadership team in the growth and development of the business through both organic and M&A initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the right-hand to the Sr. Director of FP&A, the Strategic Finance Manager will be responsible for building financial reporting packages and financial models.
  • Providing strategic finance experience, involving hands-on management and ongoing support of the FP&A department.
  • Supporting the build-out and automation of the FP&A department.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 8 years of FP&A related experience in advisory or transaction advisory environments, ideally working on consumer product goods (CPG), retail, e-commerce or manufacturing company transactions.
  • Strategic finance experience, involving hands-on building of financial reporting packages and financial models, and ongoing management.
  • Preferred Experience: Data visualization software experience (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), company and financial system integration experience, and experience with SAP implementation or integration.
