Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Randstad. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building lasting client relationships and driving business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing current customer accounts, developing new sales leads, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, oversee project execution, and provide ongoing support.

About the Role
This position involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, overseeing project execution, and providing ongoing support. You will be responsible for:
- Managing current customer accounts
- Developing new sales leads
- Completing on-site consultations and quality site assessments
- Accurately measuring and/or calculating for materials and time to complete jobs
- Producing estimates for maintenance packages and services
- Communicating project status to customers
- Communicating project status with the sales team and preparing for weekly status meetings
- Assisting accounting department in collection efforts by providing relevant information on customer issues
Key Responsibilities
- Manage current customer base and develop new sales leads

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing accounts and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
Benefits
