Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team at Autism Behavioral Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support, guidance, and supervision to our Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services and accurate data collection
  • Organize and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate with funding sources and provide parent and staff training
  • Attend clinical team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in a related field
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • LBA licensure in Connecticut or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision, preferably in-home or center-based settings
  • 3 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
