Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team as a Clinical Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will provide support, guidance, and supervision to assigned Behavior Technicians.

Your responsibilities will include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), overseeing treatment planning, and conducting Integrity of Implementation (IOA) and fidelity of implementation on staff. You will also organize and analyze data, review treatment plans, develop and oversee implementation of ABA programs, communicate with funding sources, and provide parent and staff training.

As a Clinical Team Member, you will supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure they have all the necessary materials to run a smooth session, collect data accurately, and attend clinical team meetings and professional development meetings as indicated.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in education or a related field
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • LBA licensure in Connecticut or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision, preferably in-home or center-based
  • 3 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Valid driver's license and proof of valid car insurance
