Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients in a clinic-based setting, with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings.
  • Supervise a team of behavior technicians and provide training and support as needed.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Document supervision sessions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
