Action Behavior Centers is a premier ABA provider for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Residency BCBA. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly certified or experienced BCBA to grow their career and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
  • Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients
  • Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values
Requirements
  • Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
