Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Danbury Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and evaluating individual students' instructional programs based on applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement individualized instructional programs for students based on ABA principles * Conduct student-based assessments, observations, and functional behavioral assessments * Analyze data and provide written reports to stakeholders * Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to staff on ABA-based instructional and behavioral programs * Interprets the principles of applied behavioral analysis and explains their application in specific circumstances * Develops appropriate instructional and behavioral goals with staff, students, and parents * Maintains confidential data and records regarding services as required Qualifications: * Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a board certified behavior analyst in good standing * Master's degree in an appropriate field of study How to Apply: To apply for this position, please submit your application online through our website.
