Job Title: Retirement Plan Sales Consultant

At C4 Technical Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new Retirement Plan Services business with existing bank customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new Retirement Plan Services business with existing bank customers and prospects by building relationships, understanding needs, and effectively communicating valuable solutions.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to closing business, including coordination of meetings, support materials, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Input accurate and timely information into Salesforce related to prospecting/sales activities.
  • Provides insights on fiduciary, technical, and operational retirement plan matters through the sales process.
  • Develops relationships with internal partners and external centers of influence to grow Retirement Plan Services and broader business/revenue.
  • Partners with members of other business lines to promote and deliver all appropriate services to prospects and existing clients.
  • Actively participates in business line and enterprise-wide initiatives and adheres to risk management and compliance requirements applicable to the banking industry and broader financial services industry.

Requirements:

  • A combination of education and experience which includes a bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years sales experience preferably with retirement plans.
  • Proven success meeting sales/revenue goals through sourcing and acquiring new business.
  • A working knowledge of investment services, plan design, industry trends, and fiduciary requirements of ERISA governed plans is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and internal partners in the development of institutional retirement business clients.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • The ability to present bank Retirement Plan Services products and services to existing clients and new prospects.
