As a key member of the Xcel Energy team, the Retirement Benefit Consultant will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing the company's qualified and non-qualified retirement benefit programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing retirement benefit programs that meet the company's competitive position in the marketplace.
  • Assisting in vendor negotiations to ensure the best benefits, costs, and performance guarantees.
  • Providing high-level consultative services to business units on special retirement benefit needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and experience with Workday/UKG.
