Job Opportunity

C4 Technical Services, a national provider of contingent workforce solutions, is seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to develop new Retirement Plan Services business with existing bank customers and prospects. As a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant, you will build relationships, understand needs, and effectively communicate valuable solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new business through sourcing and acquiring new clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and external centers of influence
  • Partner with members of other business lines to promote and deliver all appropriate services to clients
  • Actively participate in business line and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • A combination of education and experience, including a bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years sales experience preferably with retirement plans
  • Proven success meeting sales/revenue goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
