Position Summary:
The Automotive Service Center Supervisor is tasked with leading daily operations within the service center. This role is pivotal in aligning with our vision of being a trusted destination for automotive maintenance and tire services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a team-oriented environment that delivers a consistent five-star customer experience.
  • Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
  • Promote tire and service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support team members in achieving operational excellence through training and development in service delivery and shop procedures.
  • Oversee staffing needs by managing recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Control operational expenses by effectively managing payroll, utilities, and other controllable costs.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the business objectives.

Management Scope:
This position provides leadership to all roles within the service center, including technicians and support staff, under the guidance of upper management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance while managing costs effectively.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Customer-focused mindset with extensive experience in service-oriented environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information and preparing reports.
  • Business acumen with a focus on achieving established objectives.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and other financial figures.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to mentor and develop team members effectively.

Work Environment:
This role operates in an automotive service environment, with exposure to various conditions typical of such settings.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. and maintain physical activity throughout the workday.
