Key Responsibilities

Execute brake repairs, suspension work, tire installations, routine maintenance, and various automotive repairs within your qualifications. Obtain customer approval for necessary repairs based on thorough diagnostics while maintaining a tidy and organized workspace. Conduct detailed inspections on every vehicle serviced, performing all required repairs and maintenance. Safely test drive customer vehicles and utilize company vehicles for inventory pickups as needed. Collaborate effectively with team members and provide guidance to General Service Technicians.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician. Possession of a valid Driver's License. Ownership of a basic set of automotive tools or participation in a tool purchase program. Capability to work with hands overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. A focus on customer service and teamwork. Maintenance of an Automotive Technician State Inspector's license, where applicable. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

ASE certification in at least one of the A1-A8 categories. State Inspector License for Automotive Technicians. Completion of an automotive technical school program or degree.
