Position Summary:
The Automotive Service Center Supervisor is tasked with leading daily operations within the store and guiding team members. This role is pivotal in aligning with our mission to be recognized as a trusted provider of automotive maintenance and repair services.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from minimum wage to $40.00, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and mentor sales and technical staff to ensure a consistent five-star customer experience.
  • Achieve sales targets by creating and executing effective sales strategies, alongside a thorough understanding of products and services.
  • Promote tire and service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support team members in fostering a productive sales environment through comprehensive training on operations and customer service.
  • Oversee staffing needs by managing recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Control expenses by managing payroll, utilities, and other operational costs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Management Responsibilities:
The Automotive Service Center Supervisor provides leadership to all store positions, including technicians and support staff, under the guidance of the District Manager.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of proven leadership experience in a retail or sales environment. A track record of managing financial performance while controlling costs is essential.

Skills and Knowledge:
A customer-focused mindset with extensive experience in service-oriented environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
  • Business acumen with a focus on exceeding established goals.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and percentages.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Initiative in identifying issues and developing practical solutions.
  • Ability to effectively mentor and develop team members.

This position operates in an automotive service environment, with exposure to moderate noise levels and various physical demands.
