Position Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Job Summary:

We are in search of skilled technicians who are enthusiastic, positive, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Our ideal candidates are those who tackle challenges with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clientele.
  • Gain experience as an automotive mechanic across various domestic and international vehicle models.
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Adhere to and promote our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
  • Work alongside fellow technicians to resolve challenges and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • Positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead Technician.
  • ASE Master Certification with L1 preferred.
  • Significant investment in personal tools.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes and models.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Aiming for long-term career growth.
  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week.
  • Available for a Monday to Friday work schedule from 7 am to 6 pm.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move items over 100 pounds.
  • Capable of working with tools on elevated vehicles.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to stand or walk for most of the workday.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems.
