Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Senior LIFE. As a key member of our administrative team, the Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring a productive and positive work environment for all members and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date member information files
  • Prepare and distribute daily paperwork and forms, including member tags, menus, and meeting documents
  • Update and maintain the Senior CALL system
  • Provide monthly information for the member newsletter
  • Maintain RSVPs for scheduled events
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in an office setting
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
