About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our collaborative and friendly team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate marketing professionals on how Everflow Technologies can help them streamline processes and grow their partner marketing program
- Qualify all sales leads and set appointments via chat, email, and phone
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts
- Hand off qualified leads to our Account Executives
- Exhibit superior customer service in all prospect/customer engagement
- Shadow our Account Executives to help acquire skills you'll need for your next role on the Everflow Sales Team
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a SDR/BDR/LDR or similar experience
- Prior experience and strong level of comfort with cold calling and email outreach REQUIRED
- BA/BS required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or other relevant field
- High energy, intelligent, driven, eager to learn, and committed to overachievement in all challenges you tackle
- Tech-savvy, love to help others, and passionate about sales
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude

- $45,000 - $55,000 Base Salary
