About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our collaborative and friendly team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate marketing professionals on how Everflow Technologies can help them streamline processes and grow their partner marketing program
  • Qualify all sales leads and set appointments via chat, email, and phone
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts
  • Hand off qualified leads to our Account Executives
  • Exhibit superior customer service in all prospect/customer engagement
  • Shadow our Account Executives to help acquire skills you'll need for your next role on the Everflow Sales Team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a SDR/BDR/LDR or similar experience
  • Prior experience and strong level of comfort with cold calling and email outreach REQUIRED
  • BA/BS required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or other relevant field
  • High energy, intelligent, driven, eager to learn, and committed to overachievement in all challenges you tackle
  • Tech-savvy, love to help others, and passionate about sales
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do attitude
