Strategic Account Development Representative

West Coast Medical Resources, a leading distributor of discounted surgical supplies, is seeking a talented sales-driven individual to join our team. As the market leader in our industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and competitive sales professional to play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
- Researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Developing and maintaining current market business plans
- Developing and assisting with market research and marketing implementation programs
- Ability to attend regional and national medical conventions and trade shows
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing numerous calls per day
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
- Ability to handle competing demands and multi-tasking required
- Positive can-do attitude, self-motivating, and results-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
