About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Sales Representative to join our team at The Metzen Agency. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, following our sales process and system to find success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn our sales system, schedule appointments, and meet with clients virtually to match their needs with the best insurance solutions.
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and they are protected.
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals.
  • Track progress and results to provide valuable insights for coaching and growth.
  • Be willing to learn products, carriers, and our process to improve at effectively helping clients accomplish their goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service.
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and the ability to work remotely.
