Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at LeanTeq Co. S.a r.l., Taiwan Branch 盧森堡商濂達科技股份有限公司台灣分公司. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for supervising a staff of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including status updates and completion dates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- Provide training and guidance to customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
