Job Title: Salesforce Business Development Associate

FocusKPI Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new clients and maintain existing clients, promote their interest in Salesforce solutions, and drive demand for implementation services.
  • Assist new prospects with onboarding and answer questions about Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify promising verticals to drive increased revenue.
  • Communicate client value propositions and assess buying interest.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in pipeline development or sales at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation and using Salesforce partner solutions.
  • MUST have sales experience on implementation services of Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience working with any Salesforce products or CRM software is excellent.
  • Client needs a person who can find new potential clients or bring clients to the team.
  • Experience working in Salesforce implementation partner companies or directly at Salesforce is required.
  • The main duty of this person will be selling implementation services of Salesforce.
  • History of meeting and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a relentless, driven mindset.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and contribute to building processes and tools.
  • Ability to quickly understand the technical aspects of Salesforce and our solutions.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
