We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Insurance Processor to join our team at Robins Insurance Agency, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in the production of new personal lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of new personal lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts
- Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities
- Handle new business, renewals/rewrites, cancellations, some billing, endorsements, and other tasks to assist Account Managers
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- P & C License for the State of TN Department of Insurance
- 1+ years of Personal Lines experience (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- HYBRID role - must be willing to come into the office
- Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
