Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer

About the Role:As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing the sales process from start to close, and building and maintaining a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with Account Managers and Carriers to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize CRM, cold calling, email, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls with prospective customers
- Manage the sales process from start to close
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Carriers
- 1+ years of experience in a sales representative role, with a proven track record of turning prospects into customers
- Demonstrated success in reaching goals and a goal-oriented mindset
- Active P&C License
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling, research, and prospect generation
