We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry-Level Human Resources Operations Coordinator to join our team at our new Cincinnati location.

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in assisting new hires in adapting to our company culture, contributing significantly to our People Operations team, and managing project requests from our main office.


Your role will be essential in enhancing the employee experience, supporting our Cincinnati office, and promoting a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve as a primary contact for new employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the main office to fulfill project requests and office requirements, ensuring timely task completion.
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the People department, including scheduling meetings and handling various requests.
• Oversee and coordinate the Milestone Awards program, managing communications for anniversaries of 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, and beyond.
• Support the People Development team with training initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to various People Team projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure new employees complete all necessary documentation and training.
Core Strengths and Skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative or HR capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
