Luxury Footwear Sales Consultant, New York

Position Overview
This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) offering hourly pay, with potential for full-time positions for outstanding Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers, prioritizing sales.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Koio's product offerings.
- Ensure the store is attractively presented and well-organized.
- Oversee back-of-house operations efficiently.
- Process and fulfill orders for in-store and online customers.
- Engage with the Koio team daily to discuss sales targets, in-store opportunities, and operational challenges.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Koio events.
Qualifications and Skills
- Some college education is preferred.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury fashion, footwear, or accessories.
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, including conversion and upselling.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the Koio team.
