Position Overview

This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) offering hourly pay, with potential for full-time positions for outstanding Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers, prioritizing sales.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Koio's product offerings.
  • Ensure the store is attractively presented and well-organized.
  • Oversee back-of-house operations efficiently.
  • Process and fulfill orders for in-store and online customers.
  • Engage with the Koio team daily to discuss sales targets, in-store opportunities, and operational challenges.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Koio events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Some college education is preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury fashion, footwear, or accessories.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, including conversion and upselling.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the Koio team.
