Role Summary

We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Footwear Wholesale Sales Representative to enhance our sales team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing current accounts, establishing new ones, and driving sales growth. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the footwear industry, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capability to foster enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Present new and existing footwear collections to prospective and current retail buyers.
  2. Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  3. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to guarantee satisfaction and retention through various communication methods.
  4. Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and meetings with clients to evaluate order performance and explore growth opportunities.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and client feedback to pinpoint areas for product enhancement and innovation.
  7. Utilize insights to guide product development and sales strategies.
  8. Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
  9. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure inventory levels align with customer demand.
  10. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and account statuses.
  11. Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  12. Identify and pursue potential retail clients through various channels, including trade shows and industry networking.
  13. Open new accounts.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1 year in sales or a related field, ideally within the footwear or fashion sector.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate with a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach.
  • Possession of a valid US driver's license.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and via email.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
