Primary Responsibilities

The Administrator will:

  • Ensure operational effectiveness of the facility.
  • Lead the development and execution of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assess care delivery and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Analyze performance data to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Create and oversee budgets for designated areas.
  • Coordinate activities among medical, nursing, and administrative teams.
Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Must possess a valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator credential prior to employment.

Education:

  • High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is highly desirable.
