Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Administrator to lead our nursing home facility in Milwaukee, WI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies related to the facility.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the facility is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Care Delivery: Monitor care delivery to determine changes that may be needed to improve outcomes and service standards.
  • Performance Improvement: Review data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Develop, implement, and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate activities of all medical, nursing, and administrative staff and services.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Long-term Care Experience: Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing home settings.
