Core ResponsibilitiesThe Administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing the overall operational effectiveness of the facility.
- Developing and executing policies, procedures, and strategies pertinent to the facility.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitoring care delivery to identify necessary improvements in outcomes and service standards.
- Analyzing data to uncover opportunities for performance enhancement.
- Creating, implementing, and overseeing operating budgets for assigned areas.
- Coordinating the activities of all medical, nursing, and administrative personnel.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- A valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator credential is required prior to employment.
Education:
- A High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is highly desirable.
