Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator to lead the operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility in Milwaukee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility's financial and clinical performance, while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including supervising staff and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure individual care plans are being followed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, providing regular compliance and safety training to staff.
  • Financial Management: Oversee billing and finances, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Quality Improvement: Drive resident and family satisfaction by motivating staff and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a long-term care facility.
  • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Kansas.
  • Proven leadership skills, including strong communication and interpersonal skills.
