Healthcare Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Administrator to lead our nursing home facility in Milwaukee, WI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies related to the facility.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all relevant regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Care Delivery and Quality Improvement: Monitor care delivery and implement changes to improve outcomes and service standards.
- Financial Management: Develop, implement, and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
- Staff Management: Direct and coordinate activities of all medical, nursing, and administrative staff and services.
- Licensure and Certification: Must have a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management, or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Long-term Care Experience: Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing home settings is highly desirable.
