Primary Responsibilities

The Nursing Home Administrator will:

  • Ensure the operational success of the facility.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures tailored to the facility's needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assess care delivery to identify necessary improvements for better outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover opportunities for enhancement.
  • Create and manage operating budgets for assigned areas.
  • Lead and coordinate the efforts of medical, nursing, and administrative teams.
Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator license prior to employment.

Education:

  • High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is highly desirable.
