Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive II to join our Sales team in the South East Territory. As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for managing complex deal cycles, building trusted relationships with customers and prospects, and driving demand, adoption, and expansion for Collibra solutions in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for net new accounts, develop relationships, and maintain an active deal pipeline in your territory.
  • Manage complex deal cycles, from lead origination to close and expansion, with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process to identify value and ROI.
  • Provide reliable and accurate forecasting, with Salesforce updates reflective of real-time activity.
Requirements
  • Consistently achieved or overachieved SaaS sales quota.
  • Experience in the Data Management domain required.
  • 8+ years of net new logo sales experience.
  • Originated and navigated complex, direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Sold net-new business and expansion opportunities to C-level buyers in large enterprise accounts.
  • Managed consultative sales processes with value-based impacts or outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
What We Offer

Collibra offers a competitive compensation package, including a standard base salary range of $128,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year, plus additional commission-based compensation. We also offer equity ownership, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
