Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Financial Director to lead our financial operations and contribute to our company's strategic goals. This executive role is critical for driving Fiero Group's financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of financial leadership and the ability to navigate the financial challenges of a growing company in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning with the overall business plan and growth objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and report on financial performance to the CEO and board of directors.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring operational liquidity and financial health.
  • Manage financial reporting, compliance, and risk management operations.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team to support business operations and growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and partners.
  • Implement best practices in financial management and technological advancements to optimize financial operations.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company (e.g., evaluation of potential alliances, investments, and/or mergers and acquisitions).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA or CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, planning, and execution in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local financial regulations.
