Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager - Senior to support numerous HR functions to meet strategic, tactical and administrative HR objectives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring all Company HR related policies are applied consistently, coaching associates and management through complex and difficult issues, and maintaining and coordinating associate recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and apply Company HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Counsel associates and management on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee MyOpportunity for hourly recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain associate recognition programs and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Run and review HR activity reports, and support internal customer surveys.
  • Participate in department manager meetings, conduct classroom training, and implement HR initiatives.
  • Review requests for pay increases or status changes to ensure internal equity and consistency.
  • Prepare and present HR-related topics and training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred.
  • Three plus years human resources generalist experience required; management experience a plus.
  • HR experience at a large, multi-unit organization required.

Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
