Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Connexzia, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role plays a critical part in driving our recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with the People team to onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Talent acquisition experience, including proactive sourcing required.
- 1+ year Prior experience with a SaaS company preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision.
