The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, employment branding, talent marketing, networking, offer negotiation, and relationship management. They will also have experience working with senior leadership and hiring managers to deliver outstanding customer service and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting plans to meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Design and refine innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Handle the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to deliver exceptional service and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of EEOC best practices and compliance
- Minimum of three years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with full life cycle Allied Health and Behavioral Health recruitment
- Ability to work remotely and accommodate PST hours as needed
- Demonstrated success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations, delivering outstanding customer service, and serving as a strategic partner
- Strong knowledge of the full life cycle recruiting processes
