Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet ARC's growing needs. This onsite role will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and HR Generalist to ensure a seamless recruitment process and an exceptional candidate experience.


Essential Job Functions

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Aid in extending job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and diversity hiring.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for social justice and a commitment to ARC's mission and values.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter


Salary/Benefits

  • Pay rate is $28.84/hr. to $31.25/hr. doe.
  • Multiple employer medical/dental/ vision plans with up to 100% employee coverage, 50% for dependents.
