Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Interviewing:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, job fairs, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills and experience
Collaboration:
- Partner with managers and supervisors across different departments to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Ownership:
- Take ownership of the entire end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed of their status and providing timely feedback
- Lead periodic check-ins with new hires
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our software systems
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Review recruiting and onboarding metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement
This is an on-site position with a starting rate of $17.28/hour, including medical and dental benefits, 401k, and overtime opportunities. Cover letter is not required.
