Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Talent and Culture to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Talent and Culture department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, as well as developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience, including onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand business needs and develop talent acquisition plans
  • Manage and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effective use of resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition, preferably in a hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual skills a plus
