We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Specialist, Field Service Representative to join our team at Cardinal Health. This role will be responsible for managing the success of our relationships with assigned customers, identifying and resolving customer pain points, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary advocate and liaison between customers and Cardinal Health, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Work closely with field sales, customer service, implementation, contracts, operations, inventory, and accounts payable/disputes to resolve problems and identify project opportunities.
- Identify, quantify, qualify, track, and evaluate customer pain points to drive process improvements and maximize customer loyalty.
- Develop and implement processes that improve the overall customer experience, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Coordinate data collection and reporting to support business initiatives and basic business needs.
- Prioritize government contract or military logistics experience and security clearance, with the ability to obtain a security clearance if hired.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management, sales, and operations functions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
