Job Overview

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in Franklin, TN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Underwriting, and Sales Support, to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, identifying and pursuing new business leads
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
