Key Responsibilities:

  • Call on existing accounts as assigned
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, educational technology, marketing, sales, or related field
  • 1+ years of customer service/sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions
