Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Services Associate to join our team at National Health Foundation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our guests, ensuring a safe and healthy environment that promotes dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily facility and equipment inspections to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Perform guest intake responsibilities, including orientation and providing detailed program guidelines.
  • Develop rapport with guests and gather feedback to improve our services.
  • Lead engagement activities and build trust with guests through constant engagement and checking in.
  • Assist nursing, social services, and external partners with guest appointments and check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping, including daily shift notes and incident reports.
  • Respond to guest concerns and provide positive intervention encounters.
  • Attend all relevant meetings and training sessions, including shift handoffs and trainings on BLS, Crisis Prevention, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care, and DEI.
  • Perform laundry, clothing requests, and mealtime duties, and assist with housekeeping services as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of caregiver experience in a healthcare or recuperative care environment.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Current BLS certification preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, guests, and visitors.

Physical Requirements:

The duties of this role require frequent standing and walking, as well as the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. The noise level in some client care areas can be high.
